Joan of Arc – Saint, Warrior, Heretic?

Enjoy a rare chance to see Jean Anouilh's spellbinding play about Saint Joan in its adaptation by Lillian Hellman.

Directed by Nancy Cole

With Magali Naas as Joan, The Lark explores the interplay of historical facts and religious mystery against the background of Joan's Inquisition trial. How did a simple pious peasant girl become the victorious leader of the French armies? And what is the Inquisition to make of her conversations with an archangel and two saints? This gripping courtroom drama will give you lots of food for thought.

The Lark is suitable for adults and teens.
